Considering the urgent need for methods of resistance to wet H2S stress corrosion cracking ( SSCC) during petrochemical production, this thesis, with a view to isolate substrate from the corrosives, introduced arc spraying metallic coatings as a method resistant to SSCC. 针对当前石油化工生产中亟待解决的湿硫化氢应力腐蚀问题,本文从隔离腐蚀介质的防腐措施出发,采用电弧喷涂方法,在基材表面喷涂金属涂层用以防止湿硫化氢应力腐蚀。
According to this system, the simulation on the temperature distribution of dry and wet grinding arc is realized and the three-dimensional isothermal contour is achieved, which can offer the theoretical foundation for studying the machining parameter's influence on grinding temperature field. 利用该仿真系统对干式和湿式磨削温度场进行了仿真并得出三维等温图,为研究各加工参数对磨削温度场的影响提供了理论依据。
